A scent of bleach tickled my nose... I refused to open my eyes. I all ready knew where I was, and I was happy to be alive.

The noise of the door sliding open made my ears perked up. I could barely hear the sound of a tray with glass items on it being carried closer and closer to me. Then all together the sounds stopped, and silence filled the room.
A single sighed disrupted the silence and it came from the person holding the tray. They set the tray down on the table next to the bed in which I laid in. "Still unconscious. I guess it makes sense, since she's been out in the desert... Good thing they found her when they did... Poor girl... Been what for almost a week now..."
A WEEK!? This person, who ever they are, must be kidding! I felt as though I only slept for about 3 minutes! Not a week! Who found me? Who brought me to this place? Should I be honor or scared?
The person left leaving he tray on the table. I opened my eyes and sat up slowly. I ached in places I never knew exist. I glanced down at the tray. Mash potatoes, gravy, a slice of wheat bread, and a piece of meat was set on a plate. My stomach growled, ordering me to feast upon the food. I obey willingly of course. Sipping on the glass tea from time to time, as I wolfed down the food. In the end, when all the food was gone, I felt like I needed more to eat. Shrugging it off I glanced out the window, feeling as though I was being watched. I let out a light gasp when I saw him. Just by staring into his eyes I was filled with fear.
He gave out a small gruff. I glared at him. "Who are you? And what do you want?" I questioned, my throat causing my voice to be raspy from the long days in the sun. He didn't respond... Just vanished in a cloud of sand.

I need to learn that trick... and who that red-haired guy was...
