I need to learn that trick… and who that guy was

Curiosity overwhelmed me. I opened the window and glanced around. Mr. Red Head was long gone. I need to find him and learn that trick. Not only that, but I need to learn who had found me and where I was. I figured that, if I ran from the hospital in search for my own answers, I would be hunted down. Besides, my clothes weren’t with me, nor did I know where to find them. Another question added to the list.
If I stay, they’ll question me about my reasons for being out in the desert, and from where I migrated. I can’t just laughed and say, “It’s a funny story, you see…” I doubt they’ll think that me being chased is funny. What’s worst is that this place could be an enemy of Konoha… What to do? What to do?
My ears picked up the sign of footsteps. Not of just one person but what sounded like three or four. I had to make a decision and quick. My heart quicken with each step they took. I looked at the window. “Temari…. Did we have to come? I’m sure they would have told us if something was up.” A male whined from out in he halls. “Oh hush, Kankuro!” A female snapped at the man. They were too close to my room for comfort. I stared at the door, then back at the window. What if’s were flying in my head. I took a deep breath, and went along with my choice.
The door slid open. I was lying on the bed the same way I had awoke. “I’m sorry but I can only let you stay for up to 10 minutes.” A female voice said. It was the same lady that delivered the food to me. “She hasn’t awoken yet, but she’s alive. Probably suffering from dehydration, and lack of food.” “Understood.” Said another female. She was the one that had yelled at the guy. I heard a groan. It sounded like it came from a man. I wanted to sprout my fox ears to listen better, but I don’t want to scare anyone, like I did when I was little.
It was silent for a few. Then I heard the door to my door open and shut. The feeling of eyes watching me lingered, so I remained where I was. A sighed interrupted the silence. “You know… We know you’re faking it. We’re not as dub as those doctors.” The male said.
I sighed, and opened my eyes. I sat up and looked between the two. The female had a stern look on her face. She had blonde hair that was pulled back in the weirdest style next to Kakashi sensei’s. She smiled at me when I looked at her. Kind of scary if you ask me… The male next to her had Kabuki make up on his face. He was wearing all black, like he was going to a funeral. Hopefully, not mine, if you get the picture. On his head he wore a hat with cat ears.
I wasn’t able to control it. It was too tempting… So I let it out.
“Meow.”
