I've gotten to play a Nintendo Wii a few times and it's the best game console ever. However, if you're like me and don't exercise regularly (mainly your arms), then after playing for a while, you'll be in pain. After I played, my arms hurt for about a week. Be sure to do stretches, as if you were doing real exercises, because I'm sure you could really pull a muscle, playing it.
Also, be sure to use the strap and not let go of the remote. Too many people have broken their TVs and other things, because they didn't use the strap and let the remote go, while in motion. Nintendo can't be blamed, if you ignore their warnings (they warn players to secure the strap, whenever you put a game into the system) and end up flinging your remote through your TV or window.
