Had to do 6 character designs for my digital imaging class, and colour 3 of them this week, so here's the first one I've finished. C: I needed to create a villain, and I know the costume and everything is pretty stereotypical, but I've never drawn a character like this so I thought it would be fun. Also, most superhero villains in spandex are huge and buff. This dude's kinda small and gay looking. 8D!!

- Very good, but the only thing I can suggest is putting a little more detail in the irises - you went as far as to put charcoal around the eyes only to show a flat gray! Other than that, I do like it. :3

Awesome. =] No complaints. I like the crazy-looking feet for some reason.
