picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?

Very Japanime-like. In the style, even the shaing
and screen effects of the various charicters. The
bottem two almsot look like they are moving, and I
keep looking at them several tiems, trying to
discern how you did it, but I can't grasp it. For
