You could try smoothing it out in the GIMP a
little (NOT USING THE BLEND TOOL D: don't do what
so many people do, ruining drawings in the
process)
The colouring looks pretty good,
considering that it's coloured pencil (crayola I
think? one of the cheapie brands that come out all
scratchy.)
The head at the top left is good. The
face of the girl in the lower right is
distorted.
You do have a lot of potential though.
