I was pretty proud of this when I made it. I think I did a nice job on the skirt and top hat. I used HP Dekjet image editer to create the lighting effect thingy. Comments are appreciated and please vote nicely :3

- I probably should've mentioned that I drew her this way on purpose. She's not supposed to look proportional.

It's pretty good, although I agree with tenyohaia that her neck is to big, I also think her legs are too skinny for her body. If you expect her to be able to stand with them, I'm sorry but it wouldn't work to well.

It's quiet nice, you just need to work a little on the coordination for human body sizes,but the custume is very nice!try to reduce the lenght of the head, her neck appears to be too thick which makes her look fat if u only look at hyer face, but well try, u can do better..3/5
