The shading and details look really good, but the drawing itself needs some work. The hands and feet are much too tiny, and the pose seems a bit stiff. The eyes are frighteningly large. Overall she reminds me of an insect, which I'm assuming was not your intention.
Let me stress again how impressive the shading is. I suggest you try and develop a deeper understanding of human anatomy, and your drawings will look even better. Have you considered drawing portraits? - Report As Spam
