Anyways (sorry to have been rude =_=)
I would call it art. It's good and paint is a really hard thing to work with. But it's no different than using photoshop, because it's all pixelated too (which can be a real pain as I'm sure you know). I don't see any reason it wouldn't be can't be called art. I really admire people who can put this much work into drawing something on paint. I use paint sometimes and I know how difficult it can be. I really like this pic though, it's good.

Well pixel art is more like picking the lightest colour to the darkest, and if you put those behind in the correct order, you get a nice effect, so It's more lines than art, that's what I mean. - Report As Spam
