Yeah, this was done in Primacolor markers (hence the title) but the line art was done on Corel Painter X.
Granted I draw this piece but I do not own this character (the character belongs to Xylaina)

- This is really great 5/5. I just think that you could work on the hands (only to make them more defined), your alignment with horns, and perspective with the ears. It's only noticeable because I stared at this for almost 10 minutes, it's really pretty.

- overall great peice! although I think the tail looks like its in the wrong place and the legs are a little to far apart but I really like it! 5/5

- I'd work on the hands, the ears need to be aligned better, and yes her head and neck are off, but overall, I think the style of drawing is unique and you shouldn't try to hard to make it look like everyone else's manga drawings. 5/5

Yeah, the proportion of the head to the neck is horrible, I know (I don't really draw chibis on a regular basis. D: ) And I will practice on the color change a bit.

i love this. just that, the head's proportion to the neck is wrong. i'm sorry, i'm not sure how. and then... maybe you need to practice on the color change from the bangs to the rest of the hair... C:
