Long story short:
I just wanted to color something in photoshop so I decided to draw Usagi/Serena from Sailor Moon
I don't know if I got the colors right about the locket but BLAH
I also really really like to color/draw lips with the red underline I think it's super pretty
anyways, I couldn't really color the tears very well and I don't even know why she's crying but blahhh

- lips a lighter color cause she looks older wth red on her lips, skin color slightly lighter and keep working those shades!!. the more skin shading the better^^ u got the talent so use it for the next drawing^^
