- Lovely use of color. Try to make your pencil strokes more even and smooth, and don't be afraid to use pencil direction to acheive texture and space. Pretty good water, I like the foam you showed around the rocks.

- I feel like the image should have been larger, as this is a large kind of scene, I think you should have used the full 640px available. Overall, the surface just doesn't seem quite worked enough. I would suggest loosing the colored pencils and just spending more time with the chalk pastels and charcoal, making a more textured surface with more light and shadows.
