This is the third great artwork I've seen today with Hsien Ko_ saying bad things about.
I love the effect of the sun, but you could try making the male elf more muscular. Just a suggestion wink and great work with the hands too. Thats an awful hard position to draw nicely.

I'm gonna guess that elves has antigravity hair cause the girl looks like she has it.
Composition, may need some work. the girl is fine but the guy looks pretty boring. looks like he has no arm cause she's blocking it.
