(Excuse my mistakes. I know I made some.)
Chelsea is a hunter, she was infected by the virus when she turned fifteen. The army captured a few- she is one of the few. They worked on them, hoping they would be able to live like a normal human. All the other hunters died-again. She can talk like a human, but still has to eat the flesh of humans- something she doesn't like to do.
(Also the back ground is crap.)
