Sorry, this looked alot better from the thumbnail picture on the side of the screen.... uhhm... I would suggest maybe working on proportions and detail; plus, on top of that the face looks a little bit asymmetric and the neck is too wide in comparison to the face. Sorry if this sounds harsh, by the way. I think you will be able to improve over time with practice. smile
