Your shading is very well done, however, misplaced. You must remember to be very careful when shading contours - they are the difference between making someone look young and voluptuous or old and wrinkled.
Her nose is also pointing the opposite direction of the rest of the face.

- Also, it might have looked better if you'd erased the shading outlining the head. And her hairline is screwed up. You made it straight when it's straight, indent, straight. Oh well. Practice makes perfect!

- Idk... I see a lot of mistakes. You made her face squashed, her eye is off center, her nose is longer, the right side of her lip is up too far, and magazine is spelled magazine, not maqazine. The q doesn't look like a g, it makes you look less smart.
