2• Arm's typically fall about 6/7 inches from the knees, so try and scale that to your drawing. Also, arm's have a little more bulk. Add the waver under the elbow, and the distinct place were you can see

Since all your other english comments have been useless, here:
1• The legs are to long, therefor your arms are too long. Your proportion is off. Your proportions are set at about a 1/9, so in drawing this again, you would take off most of under the knee, leaving about 1/9 after were the knee is.

Nun die rose ist wunderschön geworden, ich würde dir raten mal mehr reale Gesichter zu versuchen.. so eine mischung aus anime und real.
Die augen etwas kleiner und echter aber trotzdem ein bisschen anime style behalten. Das macht oft vieles besser.
Dann arbeite vll noch etwas am oberkörper und an der dicke der arme, am wichtigsten ist aber die leichte einkerbung zwischen arm und hand
