mouth to small ;
shoulders a bit small ;
her arms seem a *little* to big ;
the chest is a bit awkward ;
head is shaped very weirdly ;
the hat seems to small for her head ;
and the veil seems a *little* to close to her head ,
why not try and flare it out more at the bottom , so it doesnt look all scrunched up ?

Her shoulders and face shape seem way off. Try making the shoulders wider and touch up on how you draw the chest of a female. Also, try adding more detail such as a collar bone and putting more lined detail into her hair. Over all it's not bad. Try using a picture of a female for reference in your next drawing.
