Drawn back in december. This is Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon, she is my second favorite character.
I drew this on paper first, took a pic, uploaded it and started coloring it on adobe photoshop elements 2.0. Line art done by hand because I don't have a pen tool on my photoshop and everything was colors by me using a tablet. I spent 5 hours working on this; my first time drawing Sailor Pluto.

- I agree with heart, the arm is a bit small, but I'm still giving you a five because over all, it is AMAZING and I know you had to have worked hard on it. Oh yeah, and because Sailor Moon is super cool ^^
