Description:
Drawn because of my obsession with the Victorian style. Mainly the guys clothes, though, because I'm a sucker for a man in a fancy suit. Anyway, I was going to draw a fancy hat and have her holding an umbrella, but I could draw either.

- Actually, I used picture reference when I drew this and extended it farther than it was in the picture. Not all the skirts on bustle dresses were large.
