(to Hiraetha espaically): No way are those arms proportionate! And the eyes are a stylistic decision. But in my opinion the size head is the most unproportionate part of the picture, (no offense iibandnerd) it's huge!

- You got all the anatomy (INCLUDING the arms) spot-on except her eyes are uneven for size. The highlights should be ragged and curve with her head, not be straight lines and circles, but toher than that, great work! The simplicity is the beauty, more detail woudl clutter her.
