It look too little kid drawing.
I do agree with hard about the eye.
I'm just guessing-I'm think your going for anime/maga style.If you are , I think is best if you learn to draw realistic first then move on into anime/manga style. - Report As Spam

It's very cute, I must say. I don't feel comfortable picking on the style, but I do have one problem with it. The picture, I think, is supposed to show a loving couple, but the expressions make it look like a forced or arranged marriage. Work on your expression with eyes. The male especially looks bored and annoyed.
