I quite like GIMP for animating, it's free to download and you can get thousands of Photoshop brushes for it too ^_^ Some people say it's complecated to animat in GIMP but really they just have used pre-programed systems.
4/5 - You said you put alll the effort you could in animating, good luck with getting better at it ^w^ As for the drawing of her, I don't comment on animations really smile

- she looks kinda fat, you should try and figure out how to get a three dementional thing, so you can make one character, and then pose it
