I like your choice of colors, using the pastels did this oen much justice. One thing i noticed was the way you drew his neck, it almost looks too long. Also, the eyebrows are placed way too high on the forehead, giving his a broad look. I don't think you messed up on the left hand, the right one however i can tell how you >Ment< to draw it.
