I tried to shade, as well as color, but I dunno if it turned out that well... *shrug* ...fail? Or no fail? *snort*
Anyway, I worked really hard on this piece, so please enjoy! And watch Princess Tutu! I think it is the most touching anime I have ever seen!

I agree a lot with Wucheydi. Something I always found helpful when coming up with poses and proportion is to look at yourself in a mirror. It really helps with figuring out how the body can move and how it can't.
btw I LOVE Princess Tutu, I cosplay from that series a lot. It's just so awesome. - Report As Spam

- It helps a lot if you pick one light source. The braid shading makes the light seem to be coming from behind, whereas the yellow shorts look like they're being lit from the foreground. It's cute, and I like the eye coloring especially, but study some anatomy, esp. arms and legs.
