its cute and simple, but if you're going to outline the clothes also do the same with the hair, face, arms and shoes, cause you made it look unbalanced, and with chibis, they dont usually have necks, but i guess it depends on if the artist prefers it or not,
keep practicing , i see how you have him just standing there, but thats understandable because as you probs already knw its a pain in the a** to come up with poses
