At the moment it almost looks like she was put together from three different bodies.
But other than the things I mentioned, the piece is nice.
Your coloring and shading skills are lovely and so is the rest of your gallery (yes I looked). Just keep working on the proportions, you'll get the hang of it ^^ Everyone, even pros still have to practice. Just remember to always take your criticism constructively, chances are if you apply it, your art will get better. - Report As Spam

I think the thing that is really throwing it off, is the fact that the head looks so normal in proportion compared to the rest of the body, and the arms are a little to short. Now I draw chibis myself, so please don't start yelling at me, I'm trying to help.
What could have made this piece better, is if you had shorten the neck and widened the head a bit, allowing for the eyes and face to be bigger as well as adding a little more length onto the arms.

- it was just a critique and they are right. Stop being a defensive meany head. Your chibi is unproportionate, in fact it looks like a normal person with short arms and legs and not a chibi.
