- well the reason her hair is down is the same reason shes pulling off her shirt. i guess that was the first warning sign for jimmy. ( and yes her name was Libby)

Holy cow... I forgot that Jimmy Neutron exsisted! I used to love that show! I had like every movie and season on tape! xDDD
Cindy and Libby we're always my favorite characters! (the girl with the black hair's name was Libby, right?)
You should've drawn her with her hair up in a pony tail!
