Sailor Arieyhn to the rescue!
Saw a drawing xenthyl on dA did of her OC Ellis as a Sailor scout and had the inspiration to draw Arie as a Scout. Her short dress works surprisingly well for a scout uniform when I tweak it some.

- This is MY style of chibis, I do not like drawing the super mega small ones. Had you read the other comments on this drawing you would see that I have already explained to another user that this is my style of chibi.

- Compared to my regular type of work my chibis do not have normal upperbodies, they're sized down to be chibi sized as the rest of the body is. If the torso was normal sized her shoulders would be twice as wide as her head is. As for the comment I posted before I posted after people voted low almost right after I even posted this.

- There is no white on her outfit, it's brown and blue. But yes she is meant to be a chibi, seeing as this is my style of chibi rather than the stereotypical super mega small chubby chibis.

- is she supposed to be half chibi half not o.o? Cuz the top half is nice but then you see the bottom half and its like o-o It might be a cut off problem cuz of where the white is it looks like feet.
