- Description: Taken on 9/15/2006 with a Canon PowerShot A410 (which is why I am slightly amazed at how well it came out.) Over a thousand catepillars come out of the Arizonan desert every year and move in this massive horde to some place unknown to most of the people that come across them. Imagine the streets and sidewalks full of these little guys, some squished underneath cars' wheels and some still inching along for some unknown purpose.
