- Description: One of my Degu's. I thought that this picture captures how cute they are. i am not submitting this just because she is one of my pets, but one of the reasons why i did, is because i dont think to many people know what a degu is, or if they have ever even heard of a degu. they come from Chili, and look like a chinchilla and gerbil. they are bigger then a gerbil, but not at big as a chinchilla. i have 2, named kirby (in the picture) and anya, who is camera shy. lol
