A little girl, on a path;
Yes she was there, on that path.
The path was endless;
But still she went forward;
She was walking down that icy path;
All alone, on that icy path.
And it was snowing, ever so lightly;
But she was all alone, on that icy path.
Still she kept going;
Down that icy path.
Because she knew;
When she came home;
The icy path would still be there;
But she would be home, and it would be Christmas.

- The icy path seems kind of long. I would hate to walk that far.
