- Description: Elsa is one of the main female protagonists of the film, Frozen. She is the 13th official Disney Princess. Elsa is voiced by Idina Menzel. She is the older sister of Princess Anna and was next in line for Arendelle's throne, until her powers over ice and snow led her to become the famous Snow Queen, ruler of winter. - This must be the best Frozen cosplay I've ever seen! Damn, you should've been placed in the top 3 at least...I love the hair, it looks almost exactly the same as what Elsa's hair is supposed to be like. 5/5 if I had been around to vote.
