- This is as literal as it says. It's a Pikachu Cosplay. As if a human were to do their best to cosplay Ash's Pokemon. So taking all of that in to consideration, I do completely believe that it fits its description perfectly.

- I just wish there was some concept to this character , is your avatar is a Pikachu or Ash's Pikachu , that's where the concept would had come in but if you avatar is a Pikachu and then , this is the wrong arena and I'll like a description of Pikachu's ability or information a Pikachu but if your avatar is Ash's Pikachu , how about a story about Ash and how he mat his partner and Ash's dream with his Pikachu .
