Souseiseki is one of the main characters from the anime Rozen Maiden. She is the fourth doll to be introduced and is Suiseiseki's twin (the one that says "desu" a lot).
Unfortunately, Gaia doesn't have her exact top hat, I thought the one from the Gimpi looked better then the generic top hat as well. I also am so glad that they brought out the skittles eyes, because her heterochromia (dual-eye colour) is a key feature. - Date: 04/17/2009
