This avi is completely my idea. I wanted to experiment with the shippuden version and this is the outcome. I'll explain the items now.
Tunic:It looks more like Neji's robe and the sleeves are used for his sleeves. The pants we're made to be puffy and the blue points are chakra points. The green little thing on his head is the byakugan mark. Soo ya. Rate my experiment please and comment too. I accept constructive critism but not complete insults - Date: 08/29/2009

- Neji you are complaining too much... I mean you work with what you got. Now for my constructive criticism... go with a different shirt next time and your should be fine, other then that this piece is excellent! good luck in the competition 5/5.

- first not trying to start anything but his Byakugan is not green you should have used brown or black, second I like how you tried to use the tunic but it would look better if only it didn't over lap the towel, third his pants aren't "that" puffy but still I like your originality.
