Powered by the Pym Particles the Ant-Man suit can shrink the users size to that of an insect; but dramatically increase his strength to superhuman levels. Forces wanted to use Pym's technology and weaponize into the Yellow Jacket Suit. Pym employs Scott's services to attempt to pull off the heist of the century.
