- *ahem* first of all....dracomancer...learn your grammer...and bill clinton was not a bad president....and who's to say 9/11 happened because of him...and if bill clinton was such a bad president...why vote for him...people voted for him cause they obviously liked his ideas...and regards to this avatar...it's just not a correct thing to do...it gives a bad perception of him....
