PLEASE VOTE FAIRLY and don't dismiss it simply because 'It's been done before'.
This is a cosplay of one of the infamous nurses from the survival horror series, Silent Hill. My aim was to create an eerie atmosphere within the avatar space.
The body behind her is a favourite aspect of mine. I gave her a drill because the drill seems more frightening and more medically-related than the generic knife everyone usually gives her when they do this. - Date: 09/19/2009

- Thank you to everyone who helped me! I appreciate all the warm comments and the support immensely. I just wanted to place in the arenas at least once and after 2 failed attempts as something else in the old arena, this tickled me. As to the few wondering why I didn't use the new items, they came out after the voting had started, so that would have been impossible. I love Silent Hill so much though, and even though there's naysayers about my placing, I wouldn't have it any other way. :3
