Zack Fair was born in Gongaga and joined the Shinra electric company's armed militia, "SOLDIER", at the age of 14. He became a first-Class Soldier, where he met Cloud Strife and fell in love with Aerith. Before death, Zack was Cloud Strife's best friend and wielded the Buster Sword before him.

yeah i liked the game too but i finished it in about 2-3 days

I liked the game, too bad it didnt had summons like in FF12, and it was short, AND you couldnt go back to the city after the half of the game. Plus, i dont get it why Cloud went back to work for SOLDIER after they chased them round the whole world and killed his best buddy, Zack. (sorry, maby its explained in another FF, but i played only this game, FF10 and 12)
