@Frosted Bacon - I thought of that... but then I would have gotten all sorts of comments saying "she doesnt wear heels!!" unless they were an exact color match... and I simply couldn't find any that matched close enough. so... -shakes her head-

- This is actually pretty good! It is nice to see a Salor Moon cosplay without it being actually Salor Moon herself. I also like how you use your imagination for the majority of the outfit and not using too much of the Magical Girl stuff. The lightning just adds to the effect of what you are trying to get across. The only thing that I will say that it needs if Gaia actually has it is the butt bow thingy. Over all, 5'd.
