- Description: A whimsical animated film by the late great Satoshi Kon. The story centers around a research psychotherapist whose alter-ego is Paprika, a "dream detective" who can enter into people's dreams and synchornize with their unconscious to uncover the source of their neurosis. When the dream device "DC-MINI" is stolen, chaos ensues as dreams and reality merge. I wanted to capture the scene where Paprika appears as a fairy and is being attacked by tendril-like roots controlled by the evil antagonist.
