This is a cosplay of one of the infamous nurses from the survival horror series, Silent Hill. My aim was to create an eerie atmosphere within the avatar space.
The body behind her is a favourite aspect of mine. I gave her a drill because the drill seems more frightening and more medically-related than the generic knife everyone usually gives her when they do this. - Date: 09/19/2009

- Giving a bad vote for something that's extremely overdone is voting fairly. This cosplay kept on winning each time and that saddens me. Maybe something original that was actually great lost because of this. No, adding you're edits doesn't make it very original. Im sorry but this doesn't deserve to win in my opinion.

I didn't get to vote on this!? Well congrats for winning second, none the less!
This is by far the best SH Nurse I've ever seen. Using the same old items, but just the right differences to make it seem almost like the real thing. I've also never seen anyone actually use the Otherworld/Otherside reference in title or concept. I'm impressed. - Report As Spam
