At people bitching because omg another sailor moon cosplay- there's way more naruto and vocaloid cosplays in the arena. It's just that most animes have the same semi punk costumes nowadays, whereas Sailor Moon is unique and iconic, so when you see a Scout you know Ah! Sailor Moon! If she did a villain from the series, you wouldn't react the same.

Also, it's not Sailor Moon cosplay that's over done- it's BAD sailor Moon cosplay that is overdone. Good Sailor Moon cosplay is rare, and when it wins, it generally is because that person took the time and effort to make it look as perfect as possible. It is people that lump all sailor moon cosplayers together that prevent other excellent entries from winning as well.

Please don't downrate me because I cosplay Sailor Moon. If you have a legitimate reason, such as the wrong hair, wrong eyes, etc. go ahead, but let me know. One last note before I stop posting-
The day they offer more items for bows in the front and back, I will stop using magical girl. Until then, it is an unavoidable necessity. HOWEVER, at the very minimum, I did NOT use the dress from the magical girl set. If I had, you would not be able to see the gold trimming from the biancamella.

Also- I would NEVER even attempt to claim that the ribbon trails were her hair. To do so would be silly. She has tiny little curls for one and for two the two pieces are far to separated for that. As far as originality? um... my name is SuperSailorStarlightKiss. I DO do some other cosplays, but if you look at my gallery... well, it kind of speaks for itself. I chose Chibi Chibi because she actually hasn't been done that much. I've seen maybe five other attempts at her.

LOL. So much hate!! As far as the armlets go, there wasn't anything I could do about the color- gaia doesn't offer a red and gold two toned armlets- the same goes with the coloring around her wrists. As far as the bow goes- the only thing that is really huge on it is the train (the dangly bits) In the reference, if you'll notice, the bow on her back is as wide, if not wider than, her shoulders. She is a very, very tiny person, no taller than Usagi's knee, if I recall.
