Alright, here's some things I need to mention:
1. The background is just an area in "The World" where Shino is seen in one of the episodes.
2. The tassel is the only thing that layered right with the new hat.
3. There are wings there, they're just kind of hard to see.
4. And I know there's tints of blue, but that is only because there are no better items to layer with for this cosplay. Plus, she has tints of blue through out her outfit.
