Err...that isn't Horo. That's a kitsune someone drew...I think on DeviantArt. Horo looks a bit different. She has darker hair, reddish eyes, and doesn't wear anything remotely oriental.
Still, it's fairly accurate for the reference picture you gave, even if it isn't Horo. - Report As Spam
