He's white...but not WHITE skinned. GREEN eyes. an ice DRAGON, not a f-ing mermaid, White jacket if anything. Black Hakama pants, white tabi socks, straw sandals, black top, green sash.

- At first impression it is hard to recognise who he is.. it was all the ice and blue that kinda suggested who I thought it was, but in the end I did have to read the name to confirm that. Instead of the girl, have you looked at the Fallen Star item? I know it is a bit much but it has a ice dragon.
