To the people she is the devil and is said to be the reason for the Book of Revelation. Nero Caesar is pronounced "NRVN QSR" which is equivalent to the "Number of the Beast". She has a personality similar to Gilgamesh. She is a Saber-class servant available to Hakuno Kishinami in Fate/Extra and Fate/Extra CCC.
