PLEASE VOTE FAIRLY and don't dismiss it simply because 'It's been done before'.
This is a cosplay of one of the infamous nurses from the survival horror series, Silent Hill. My aim was to create an eerie atmosphere within the avatar space.
The body behind her is a favourite aspect of mine. I gave her a drill because the drill seems more frightening and more medically-related than the generic knife everyone usually gives her when they do this. - Date: 09/19/2009

While it has been done before, you do have one of the better ones out there. I personally would've gone with a pipe or a handgun over the drill, since Nurses have never wielded a drill, but it's still very good.
