Sailor Cosmos appears at the end of Vol. 18, Stars 9, Act 51 in the Sailor Moon manga. Some say she is the future form of Sailor Moon or Sailor Moon from a different time line. Her role is not very clear, but she says she is a coward who runs to the past. But she felt the courage and hope to go on when Eternal Sailor Moon sacrificed herself to save the Galaxy Cauldron.

- that's actually really good. the only thing that would make this isn't an item, so it doesn't matter much. the only thing i could add is that Sailor Cosmos has a crescent moon on her forehead, like Eternal Sailor Moon, not a star. otherwise, this is perfect! 4/5
